Terms of Service
This document describes provisions related to data storage, sync, and product-improvement use of data for Qheck (“we,” “us,” “our”) and your use of the Service. Customers requiring data residency on their own infrastructure may contact sales@qheck.ai about Enterprise self-hosted deployments.
Data storage & sync
To provide the Service, Qheck stores your captured scan data — including events, screenshots, console logs, network logs, and generated decks — in our cloud infrastructure. Cloud storage is required to use Qheck on Free, Pro, and Team plans. Customers requiring data residency on their own infrastructure may contact sales about Enterprise self-hosted deployments.
You retain ownership of your data. You may export your data at any time in standard formats (JSON, Markdown, ZIP) via Account Settings. You may delete your data at any time, which will remove it from our active systems within 24 hours and from backups within 30 days.
Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Storage is provided via Supabase (US region by default) and Cloudflare R2.
Data use for product improvement
Qheck may use the following data to improve our Service:
- Aggregated and de-identified usage patterns (e.g., “how long did the average scan take,” “which Qheck Fix categories users most often send to tickets”)
- Behavioral signals (which findings you mark as helpful, which you dismiss, which you edit, which Qheck Fixes are sent to ticketing systems)
- Anonymized DOM patterns and error categories (with personally identifiable content stripped)
Qheck does NOT use the following for AI model training:
- Your captured screenshots, page content, or URLs
- Your account information or contact details
- Identifiable scan data tied to your account
Pro and Team customers may opt out of behavioral and pattern data use in Account Settings → Privacy. Enterprise customers have these protections configured by default.
